1. Draw line from center front, 4” above waistline, to side, 2” above waistline. Reduce 1” at the waistline, as shown by dotted lines; then draw 2 lines down form armhole, as illustrated. Mark sections A to E.
2. Slash along dotted lines; then close up front dart and bring sections B and C together. Spread between A-D and E for necessary additional fullness. Cut away reduction at side of section C.
3. Separate the 2 sections; then add seams and make corresponding notches.

1. Draw yoke lines as illustrated; then draw 2 lines down from yoke, as shown by dotted lines. Mark sections A, B, C and D.
2. Cut out front and slash along dotted lines; then close up front dart, spreading between B and C for part of fullness at top
Spread between sections C and D about 1” for additional fullness at top and bottom. Draw V-neckline, as shown by dotted lines.
3. Allow seams and make corresponding notches. Add seam also to center front of yoke.

2. Divide armhole in 3 parts and side seam in 3 parts; then draw slash lines into shoulder, armhole, and side seam as illustrated.
3. Slash along dotted lines and spread necessary amount for gathers.
