The Body Measurements, listed below, have been compiled in accordance with those used in the ready-to-wear trade.

The UPLIFT BRA brought about a slight increase in the bust circumference measurement (approximately 2”) for all sizes (Fig. A).

The WIDTH ACROSS BACK has about 3/4" to 1” ease allowance for free arm movement (Fig. 8).

The shoulders are corresponding broader, and require pads.

The PREVAILING GIRDLES have lowered the back waistline slightly; therefore the back waist length measurements have been increased accordingly . . .
