Pattern Notes Weave in loose ends as work progresses. Even-numbered rows are right side. For each size, cut elastic cord in half.

Forming 2 separate circles, tie cord ends tog in a knot about 11/2. inches from the ends .. Set aside ..

Slipper Sizes 6-8 Note: This pattern is for slipper sizes 6, 7 and 8 inches.

Sole Make 4 Row 1: Starting at toe, ch 5, 2 sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 2 chs, 2 sc in last ch, turn. (6)

Row 2 (Sizes 7 & 8 only): Ch 1,2 sc in first sc, sc in each sc across to within last sc, 2 sc in last sc, turn. (8)

Row 2 (3-3): Ch 1,. sc in each sc across, turn. (6-B-B)

Row 3 (4-4): Ch 1, work 2 sc in first sc sc in each sc across to within last sc, 2 sc in last sc, turn. (8-10-10)

Left side Row 13 (I5-17) (Wrong side): Sk next 6 (8-8) sts of Row 12 (14-16), attach yarn in next sc, ch 1, sc in same sc as beg ch-I, sc in next 4 (5-5) sc, turn. (5-6-6)

Rows 14-29 (16-33, 18-37): Ch 1, sc In next 5 (6-6) sc, turn. At the end off last rep, leaving a length of yarn, fasten off. With yarn needle and rem length of yarn, with wrong side facing, sew last row of each side tog to form heel.

Bottom edging Rnd 1 (Right side): Attach yarn to bottom edge at heel seam, ch 1, work 58 (66-74) sc sts evenly sp around, sl st to join in beg sc, fasten off.

Rnd 1: Attach yarn at top edge of heel seam, ch 1, sc in side edge of 16 (18-20) rows, dec 1 sc over next row and first skipped st at center, sc across center sts to within last st, dec 1 sc over last center st and next row of next side, sc in side of next 16 (18-20) rows, st st to join in beg sc, (38-44-48

Rnd 2: Hold 1 elastic cord circle against Rnd 1 with knot at heel, working over elastic cord and in back Ips only of each st around, ch I, sc in each st around, sl st to join in beg se, fasten off.

Assembly Holding wrong sides of inner and outer sales tog and wrong side of bottom edging of upper section to right side of inner sale, starting at heel and matching sts, sew edging sts tog with a double strand of yarn through front Ips of outer sale, both Ips of inner sole and back Ips of upper section.

(7-7-8-8) Rows 20-41 (22-4,5,24-49, 26-53): Ch 1, sc in each sc across, tum. At the end of last rep, leaving a length of yam, fasten off. With yarn needle and rem length of yarn, wrong sides facing, sew last row of each side tog to form heel.

Bottom edging Rnd l (Right side): Attach yarn to bottom edge at heel seam, ch 1, work 82 (90-98-106) sc evenly sp around, sl st to join in beg sc, fasten off, Top edging Rnd I: Attach yarn at top edge of heel seam, ch 1, sc in side edge of next 22 (24-26-28) rows, dec 1 sc over next row and first sk sc at center, sc across center to within last SC, dec 1 sc over next sc and next row, sc in rem 22 (24-26-28) rows, sl st to join in beg sc, (54-58-64-68)     .

Rnd2: Hold 1 elastic cord circle against Rnd 1 with knot at heel, working over elastic cord and in back Ips only of each st around ch 1, sc in each st around, sl st to join in beg sc, fasten off.

Assembly Rep assembly of Slipper Sizes 6-8. INDIVIDUAL STYLES Muti colored With Boot Top Materials Red Heart Jewel tones 4-ply yarn: 21/2 (3-31/4) 41/2-41/2 -51/2-53/4) oz No 3059 brilliant 1 (1 1/4-I1/4-11/2-1 3/4-2-21/4) oz No 3356 amethyst 1 yd 5/8-inch-wide turquoise ribbon Sole Make 2 outer soles with amethyst yarn. Make 2 inner soles with brilliant yarn. Work edging with amethyst.

Upper Section Work 2 with brilliant yarn, bottom edging with brilliant yarn. Work top edging with brilliant yarn, working Rnd 2 in both Ips of Rnd 1. Do not fasten off at the end of Rnd 2, turn.

Rnds 3-5 (3-6,3-6,3-7,3-7. 3-8, 3-8): Ch I, sc in each st around, sl st to join in beg sc, turn. At the end of last rep, fasten off. Rnd 6 (7-7-8-8-9-9) (Right side): Attach amethyst yarn in first st, ch 1, sc in same st as beg ch-I, sc in each st around, sl st to join in beg sc, fasten off.

Assembly With double strands of amethyst yarn, sew sections tog. Cut ribbon in half and tie in a bow at center front of each slipper.
